We can engrave whatever text you would like along with the graphic and border. If you wish to match the format of the sample, just enter the information in the order form blanks. If you wish to omit some of the information, just leave that line blank....we will adjust the sizing and spacing accordingly.
Please note that we will normally add the word House after the last name (such as "Johnson House"), and the word Established before the date (if a date is entered). If you desire anything different (such as the "Casa" in the sample), just let us know in the Special Instructions box.
If you would like us to engrave any additional or alternate text, just enter that in the Other Text to Engrave box.
